Returns/Exchanges

Given the nature of our handcrafted pieces, we do not generally offer a refund. We DO gladly accept returns (minus shipping) for online store credit or exchange within a 30-day period, if the item is in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns on custom orders, sale items or damaged items not due to our error.

For all returns and exchanges please email CraftsHands, including the following information:

  • Your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for return.
  • Your preference for a store credit or exchange.
  • If you are interested in an exchange, please indicate the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange. You may include pictures or links.

If your return is accepted, you will be sent the instructions on how and where to send your package. 

We may only accept returns or exchanges of items purchased directly from craftshands.com website.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping product back to us: 

When returning your item to us for other reasons than our error, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.  We strongly advise you to use a trackable service as we are not responsible if the items are not received.
